Skies are mostly clear early this morning and temperatures range from the low 60s in the Clifton area down to 50 further inland, the humidity is low and there is a light northwest wind.

High pressure building into the area will give us a partly sunny day with temperatures cooler than yesterday with highs mostly in the upper 70s, winds will be a little gusty this morning but diminish this afternoon.

This weekend will be dry with temperatures warming into the 80s on Saturday with a 90 degree possible on Sunday, humidity will only slowly rise.

Monday looks to be the hottest day so far this year as high pressure moves off the coast and a southwest flow of hot and humid moves into the area, temperatures will be well up into the 90s and with increasing humidity will cause heat indexes to rise to near 100.  Record highs are possible.

A cold front will cross the area on Tuesday with only a slight chance of a shower, temperatures will once again rise to near 90 degrees.

High pressure then builds in for the middle of the week, providing our area with dry conditions and seasonably warm temperatures.

Skies have become clear across the area and temperatures range from the upper 60s in the Clifton area down to the upper 50s further inland, winds are from the west averaging 5-10 mph.

A cold front crossed the area early this morning and high pressure will be moving into our area provides us with plenty of sunshine today with warm temperatures but much less humidity.  Winds will be gusty.

High pressure will give us dry weather tomorrow through the weekend, temperatures will be near normal on Friday rising to above normal levels over the weekend.

As the high moves offshore a southwest flow of hot and humid air will develop with highs rising to well up into the 90s with some records possible.  A cold front will be approaching the area at night with showers and thunderstorms possible.

The front will cross the area sometime on Tuesday with the risk of showers and thunderstorms continuing, temperatures will not be as hot.

Still a chance of showers on Wednesday as low pressure may develop along the front to our south, temperatures will be seasonably warm.

Skies have become overcast this morning and temperatures are mild ranging from the low 60s in the Clifton area down to the upper 50s further inland, winds are mainly calm.

A warm front will likely give us some showers later this morning followed by a southwest flow of warm and more humid air.  A cold front approaching from the northwest will give us a chance of scattered afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms, some of these storms may be strong.

High pressure builds in for Thursday providing plenty of sunshine, it will be warm but becoming much less humid, it also will be breezy.

Dry weather Friday through Sunday, temperatures will be seasonable on Friday but warm up over the weekend and become more humid by Sunday.

Monday looks to be hot and humid with showers and thunderstorms developing ahead of cold front that should move through the area Tuesday morning followed by cooler air.

High pressure over the area will give us a very pleasant day with seasonably mild temperatures and low humidity.

Not as cool tonight and a warm front may cause some showers Wednesday morning.  It will become warmer and more humid during the day, a cold front may touch off some thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening.

Our area will enjoy a nice stretch of seasonably warm weather with dry conditions Thursday through the weekend, temperatures will be 80 degrees or above with comfortable humidity.

Quite warm and more humid on Monday as high temperatures approach 90 degrees.

Skies are cloudy across Northern New Jersey this morning and temperatures range from mid to upper 50s, winds are mainly calm.   Across the southern half of the state there are flooding rains with 3-6 inches of rain reported in some of those areas.

High pressure will build into the area today and skies will become mostly sunny after early morning cloudy skies, temperatures will be seasonably cool with highs in the low 70s.

The high pressure will be moving off the coast providing continued  dry weather,  high temperatures will be a little higher than today after a cool start.

Warm and muggy on Wednesday ahead of a cold front that will cross the area in the evening preceded by some shower and thunderstorm activity, some storms may be strong.

Finally some constantly warm and dry weather is expected Thursday through the weekend.   The last seven weekends we had some rain but it appears that this upcoming weekend will be dry and warm.
