Skies are mostly cloudy early on this Saturday morning, temperatures range from the upper 50s in Clifton down to the upper 40s further inland, winds are from the northwest.

The cold front that caused some overnight showers have moved offshore as high pressure over the Great Lakes builds into our area. Sunshine will return but we should see some increasing high clouds late in the day, temperatures will be seasonably mild.

A series of low pressure areas will be moving through our area Sunday through Tuesday giving us periods of rain from Sunday morning through Tuesday afternoon, temperatures with the clouds and onshore winds will keep daytime highs only in the 50s.

Sunshine returns for Wednesday with milder temperatures but still another frontal system will give us a chance of showers on Thursday.

Skies are cloudy early on this Friday morning and temperatures range from the upper 50s in Clifton down to around 50 further inland, winds are calm or light easterly. There are some scattered sprinkles over parts of inland areas, but most places are dry.

A warm front will be crossing the area this morning with a chance of light showers with the front. Warmer air will then move into our area and temperatures will rise into the 70s. A cold front will then cross the area tonight giving us a chance of showers and possibly a thunderstorm.

Saturday will be a very pleasant spring day with plenty of sunshine and seasonably mild temperatures.

Unsettled weather Sunday through at least Tuesday as a couple of low pressure systems will move along the front to our south. The timing of rainfall is still in question as the computer models have a large spread of outcomes. One thing is for sure is that the temperatures will be cool with most highs only in the 50s each day with clouds and an onshore wind.

Fair weather returns for Wednesday but another cold front will give us a chance of showers on Thursday.

Skies are partly cloudy early on this Thursday morning and temperatures are similar to the last couple of mornings with readings ranging from the low 50s in Clifton down to the upper 40s further inland, winds are light.

High pressure to our north will be moving offshore New England today, a cool onshore flow along with increasing cloudiness will keep high temperatures only in the 50s to around 60.

A warm front will be moving to our north Friday morning associated by a chance of showers. High temperatures will reach the low 70s. A cold front will cross the area in the evening accompanied by some shower and thunderstorms. Although there will be a chance of showers most of the day will be dry.

Plenty of sunshine on Saturday with near normal temperatures.

On Sunday a low pressure will be approaching our area, there is a spread in the computer models with the GFS model showing no rain until Sunday night, while the European model has the day as a complete washout. Temperatures will be cool.

Cool with rain on Monday followed by dry weather for Tuesday.

Dry weather with milder temperatures expected for Wednesday.

Yesterday I recorded .25 inches of rain in last night’s showers.

High pressure building into our area will give us a partly sunny day today with temperatures a little cooler than yesterday.

Dry but with increasing cloudiness on Thursday, it will be cooler with an onshore wind.

A warm front will approach the area Thursday night with rain developing mainly after midnight continuing into Friday morning. A cold front will then cause showers Friday afternoon and at night. Rainfall amounts of 1/4-1/2 inch possible.

Saturday looks to be the best day of the upcoming weekend with dry conditions and mild temperatures.

Still another frontal system will likely give us rain Sunday into Monday, temperatures will be cool. Rain may be heavy with 1-2 inches possible.

Dry weather then returns for Tuesday with seasonably mild temperatures.

Today we should have some sunshine and it will be pleasantly warm, but a cold front approaching the area will give us a chance of showers and thunderstorms, with the best chance to be between 5-8 p.m.

The cold front will cross the area late tonight and high pressure will build in behind the front. Wednesday will be a cooler day and it should be partly sunny.

Most of Thursday will be dry and cool but a warm front may touch off some light rain by late in the day and night, skies will be mostly cloudy.

A warm front will push north of the area on Friday with some light rain, a cold front will then cross the area at night accompanied by some showers.

Saturday looks to be a dry day with seasonably mild temperatures.

Another low pressure area will give us a chance of moderate rain from late Sunday into Monday.
