A Bermuda high pressure system will give our area a southwesterly flow of hot air both today and tomorrow, and with plenty of sunshine high temperatures will rise into the 90s. Humidity will be moderate with dew points in the low-mid 60s.

Very warm to hot weather to continue through Wednesday although high temperatures should not be as high as this weekend due to more clouds with a chance of afternoon and evening showers Tuesday and Wednesday. Humidity however will be somewhat higher.

A cold front is expected to cross the area Wednesday evening with cooler and mainly dry air Thursday into Friday.

A weak but disappointing cold front will cause cloudy skies again today with some showers and thunderstorms likely, mainly this afternoon and evening, high temperatures with the clouds will only be in the upper 70s.

A Bermuda high pressure will give us a dry but hot weekend with both days in the 90s. The humidity will be moderately high with dew points in the 60s. Interesting that 2 weeks ago it was in the 90s on the weekend but only in the 40s during the holiday weekend last week and this weekend we will be hot again.

Hot weather should continue through the middle of next week, most of the time it will be dry but there is a chance of mainly afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms Tuesday through Thursday.

Cooler weather is then expected toward the end of the week.

A warm front will pass to our north this morning accompanied by some showers, at this time most of the showers are across southern New Jersey and should move into our area after dawn. We may see a break in showers around midday but more showers with possible strong thunderstorms this afternoon and evening as a weakening cold front approaches our area. Rain may be heavy at times with rainfall amounts around one inch.

Friday will be warmer and there is just a low chance of some afternoon and evening thunderstorms as the cold front dissipates just to our west.

Dry and warm to hot weather is expected for the weekend as a Bermuda high pressure ridge dominates our weather.

Hot weather to continue through the middle of next week with only a low chance of showers on Wednesday.

Today we will have considerable high clouds as high pressure moves off the coast, high temperatures with the clouds will be a couple of degrees lower than yesterday.

A trough of low pressure will give us showers and thunderstorms from late tonight through Friday evening, some of the rain may be heavy at times.

The trough will weaken on the weekend as a Bermuda high pressure begins to dominate our weather, we should see mostly sunny skies both days with highs in the 80s on Saturday and in the low 90s on Sunday. The humidity will also rise with dew points in the mid 60s.

Dry weather to continue through the middle of next week along with hot and rather humid conditions.

May was near normal in temperatures. The highest temperature was 90 recorded on the 22nd and 26th; lowest temperature 40 on the 1st: Precipitation was above normal with 5.84″ recorded mostly falling on the last few days of the month. The spring months of March, April and May temperatures averaged above normal and precipitation was slightly below normal.

High pressure to our south will give us a partly sunny day, high temperatures should be a couple of degrees higher than yesterday.

Our area should see some increasing clouds on Wednesday as a slow moving frontal system approaches from the west, high temperatures will be similar as today with highs in the upper 70s.

The frontal system will give us showers Thursday into Friday along with an increase in humidity.

A summer type pattern will develop over the weekend and extend into at least early next week bringing in much warmer air along with high humidity. Most of this time will be dry but there is a chance of a shower or thunderstorm on Saturday.
