Skies are cloudy early on this Wednesday morning and there are showers and drizzle falling, temperatures at 5 a.m. range from 49 in Clifton down to 45 at High Point and Vernon. Winds are mainly light and variable.

A weak frontal system moving through the area will cause some mainly light rain this morning with a low chance of a shower this afternoon. Temperatures will be near seasonable levels with highs in the mid to upper 60s.
Tomorrow will be a nice spring day with plenty of sunshine and highs in the low 70s.
Another stronger frontal system will give us a good chance of rain Friday and Saturday. Saturday will be quite cool with highs mainly only in the 50s.
Mother’s Day looks to be sunny but cool as high pressure builds into the area.
Dry and mild to warm weather is expected much of next week.
