A frontal system to our south will cause mostly cloudy skies this morning but skies should become mostly sunny by later this morning. High temperatures will be well up into the 70s with rather high humidity. Most of the day will be dry but there still may be a chance of an afternoon shower.

A rather strong low pressure area will move into the area tonight with showers heavy at times along with some thunderstorms.

Showers will likely continue most of Saturday morning, there may be a break in the rain around noontime but a cold front moving through the area will give us a good chance of showers and thunderstorms again in the afternoon. Rainfall amounts average between 1 and 1 1/2 inches with higher amounts possible.

The weather will improve on Sunday as high pressure builds into the area. Skies will be mostly sunny with cool temperatures and much less humid air. Also it may be breezy with some gusts over 25 mph.

Mainly dry with a warming trend as high pressure dominates our weather next week. High temperatures will be near normal with comfortable humidity Monday and Tuesday but temperatures will rise to well above normal for Wednesday and Thursday. The only precipitation that is possible will be on Thursday as a cold front may cause some showers.
