Skies are cloudy again early on this Monday morning and temperatures range from 60 in Clifton down to 54 at High Point and Wantage. Winds are calm or light northeasterly. The air quality is moderate with an index of 55.

A front to our south and high pressure to our north will give us another cloudy and cool day today and we should stay mainly dry but there is a slight chance of some spirnkles.

A warm front will approach our area on Tuesday with a chance of showers in the afternoon becoming more likely at night. High temperatures will continue to be below normal.

The warm front will move to our north on Wednesday and temperatures will become much warmer but showers will be likely with possibly some thunderstorms.

Thursday will be hot and humid but a cold front will cause some showers and thunderstorms some of which may be strong.

High pressure builds into the area on Friday giving us sunny skies with somewhat lower temperatures and humidity.

Looks now that we will have a rare dry weekend with warmer temperatures as high pressure dominates our weather.

Very hot weather likely next week!
