CLIFTON’S ALMANAC FOR SEPTEMBER 18TH:

AVERAGE HIGH: 75 AVERAGE LOW 56

YESTERDAY’S HIGH: 70 LOW: 59 PRECIPITATION: TRACE

Yesterday we only had a trace of rain while some areas as close as the Morristown area received over an inch of rainfall.

The low pressure that gave us the clouds yesterday is moving offshore as high pressure builds into our area. Today will become mostly sunny, warm and a little humid today with highs reaching the low 80s.

Friday will be another sunny and warm day but a cold front will come through in the afternoon with only a few clouds and followed by cooler and less humid air at night.

Canadian high pressure will build into the area for the weekend giving us mostly sunny skies both days will cooler temperatures and low humidity.

The high will then move offshore and we will have a return southwesterly flow of warmer air Monday through at least Wednesday. Unfortunately the dry weather will continue through at least another week.
