High pressure is offshore as a cold front approaches from the west. During the day will be mostly sunny and quite mild and a little humid with southerly winds gusting to 25 mph by this afternoon.
Showers some possible heavy late tonight into Monday morning as the cold front comes through. There is a chance of some damaging winds. Rainfall amounts will average between 1/2 to 1 inch. We should see some clearing by the afternoon.
High pressure will briefly build into our area on Tuesday but a weaker cold front will give us a chance of showers at night.
Mainly dry with seasonably cool temperatures Wednesday through the beginning of next weekend as high pressure dominates our weather.

TONIGHT – Showers mainly after midnight with a chance of a thunderstorm, lows in the upper 50s, wind gusts to 28 mph.
MONDAY – OCT 20 – Showers in the morning then clearing by late in the day, highs in the low 60s.
TUESDAY – OCT 21 – Mostly sunny, highs near 70, chance of showers at night.
WEDNESDAY – OCT 22 – Chance of an early morning shower then becoming mostly sunny, highs in the mid 60s.
THURSDAY – OCT 23 – Mostly sunny, highs near 60.
FRIDAY – OCT 24 – Sunny, highs near 60.
SATURDAY – OCT 25 – Partly sunny, highs near 60.
MARINE FORECAST: A small craft advisory will be in effect from 10 a.m. this morning until 6 p.m. Monday evening for southerly winds gusting to 30 knots, seas 6-9 feet. Winds becoming westerly by Monday afternoon.
OUTLOOK: No advisories expected Tuesday through Thursday.
