Showers this morning then clearing and breezy by this afternoon! Sunny and seasonably mild on Tuesday with showers likely at night into Wednesday morning! Mainly dry weather the rest of Wednesday through next weekend with temperatures averaging a little below normal!

Skies are cloudy early on this Monday morning and temperatures range from 60 in Clifton down to 55 at Hackettstown. Some showers are falling in parts of the area. Winds have become westerly. The air quality is moderate with an index of 54.

A cold front has moved to our east. Here the early temperatures were in the upper 60’s but have fallen to near 60 at 5 a.m. There will be a chance of lingering showers this morning then we will have clearing and becoming breezy. Temperatures will hold steady at around 60 degrees.

Brief high pressure will be in our area on Tuesday giving us a sunny day with seasonably mild temperatures. A cold front will cross the area at night which will likely produce some showers that may extend into Wednesday morning.

After the showers Wednesday morning we will then be mainly dry with temperatures slightly below normal through next weekend.
