Skies are mostly clear early on this Monday morning and temperatures are cool with readings ranging from 34 in Clifton down to 26 at High Point. Winds are a little gusty out of the west. The air quality is good with an index of 38.

Today will be a mostly sunny day and windy, but the winds will not be a strong as yesterday as the low pressure over eastern Canada combines with high pressure to our west to give us a westerly flow of chilly air. Wind gusts to 35 mph.

Another mostly sunny day on Tuesday with diminishing winds. A weak low pressure will move to our south giving us a slight chance of rain Tuesday night that may be mixed with snow inland.

Mainly dry and cool Wednesday and Thursday with light winds as high pressure builds closer to our area.

A frontal system on Friday will likely give us some rain along with slightly milder temperatures.

At this point the weekend looks to be mainly dry with temperatures a little above normal.

TONIGHT – Mostly clear and breezy, lows in the low 30s, wind gusts to 25 mph.

THURSDAY – NOV 20 – Mostly cloudy, highs near 50.

FRIDAY – NOV 21 – Cloudy with rain likely, mainly in the morning, highs in the upper 50s.

SATURDAY – NOV 22 – Partly sunny, highs in the low 50s.

SUNDAY – NOV 23 – Mostly sunny, highs in the low 50s.

MARINE FORECAST: A gale warning is in effect until 6 p.m. this evening for westerly winds gusting to 35 knots, seas 3-6 feet.
