Skies are partly cloudy early on this Sunday morning and temperatures range from 30 in Clifton down to 20 at Basking Ridge. Winds are calm or light westerly. The air quality is moderate with an index of 79.

High pressure will be moving off the coast as a cold front approaches our area and moves through later tonight. Today will be a partly sunny day with light winds and high temperatures similar to yesterday with readings in the low 40s.

Arctic high pressure will then build into the area giving us much colder air. Monday will have gusty winds up to 30 mph and high temperatures will struggle to reach the freezing mark.

We will have increase in clouds on Tuesday, it will remain cold but with lighter winds.

A weak low pressure system may give us some rain on Wednesday along with milder temperatures.

Another weak system will give us a chance of rain or snow Thursday night into Friday followed by much colder weather for next weekend.
