Today will still be cold but winds will be light as high pressure over the southeast states builds closer to our area. Skies will be mostly sunny.
The high pressure will move offshore on Wednesday ahead of a cold front that will cross the area at night with no precipitation expected. Temperatures will be milder but there will be gusty winds.
High pressure will briefly move into the area during the day on Thursday giving us a mostly sunny and milder day with less wind.
A strong cold frontal system will give us rain and wind Thursday night into Friday morning. Rain may be heavy at times and winds may gust to over 40 mph. Quite mild temperatures Thursday night into Friday morning then colder Friday afternoon and night.
The weekend looks to be dry. Temperatures will be a little below normal on Saturday then a little above normal for Sunday.
Monday looks to be colder but not nearly as cold as we have had the last few days.
