High pressure moving offshore will give us a southwesterly flow of milder air today as high temperatures reach the mid 40s which is only slightly above normal. Skies will be mostly sunny and it will be a little breezy in the afternoon with some wind gusts to 20 mph. A weak cold front will come through dry tonight.
Brief high pressure will give us dry weather during the day on Thursday but a strong frontal system will give us rain heavy at times at night through Friday morning with even a risk of a thunderstorm. Winds will pick up with some gusts to 40 mph. Temperatures will rise to the 50s Thursday night into early Friday but the cold front with this system will pass through Friday morning will cause temperatures to fall to the 30s by sunset.
The weekend weather looks dry with temperatures a little below normal on Saturday then a little above normal on Sunday, a weak cold front is expected to come through dry Sunday night.
Early next week looks seasonable cool. A weak disturbance will give us a low chance of light rain or snow on Tuesday.
