Today will be a cloudy day but dry with near seasonable temperatures and light winds as a weak high pressure area builds to our area from the north.
A low pressure system will give us rain that will likely begin as a mixture of snow, sleet and freezing rain Friday morning before changing to all rain later in the morning. Rainfall amounts will average around 1/2 inch.
Weak high pressure will cause dry and mild conditions during the day on Saturday.
Still tracking a potential coastal storm that may affect our area Sunday into Monday morning. Some models have heavy snow in our area while others have the storm too far offshore to give us little or no snowfall. Right now the probability of snow is 50%.
Dry weather is expected Tuesday and Wednesday with temperatures slightly below normal.
