Still another chance of light rain and snow on Thursday! Dry with near seasonable temperatures Friday through the weekend! Colder early next week with a chance of snow Monday into Tuesday!

Good morning everyone!

Skies are partly cloudy early on this Tuesday morning and temperatures range from 25 in Clifton down to 17 at High Point. Winds are still gusty out of the west-northwest. The air quality is good with an index of 27.

The intense storm that gave us blizzard conditions Sunday night and yesterday is now off the Maine coast as high pressure builds from the Tennessee Valley. Gusty west-northwest winds will diminish by this afternoon. High temperatures will be around ten degrees below normal.

A fast moving clipper system will likely give us some light snow Wednesday morning accumulating to around an inch. Clearing and milder by Wednesday afternoon.

Another weak clipper area will give us another chance of light rain or snow on Thursday.

Dry weather with near normal temperature Friday through the weekend and with plenty of sunshine each day which will help melt some of this snow pack.

Colder early next week and there may be a stronger system that could give us some significant snow Monday into Tuesday.
