Low pressure will give us rain on Tuesday likely beginning as a mixture of snow, sleet and freezing rain in the morning! Unsettled weather to continue Wednesday through the beginning of next weekend but with a significant warming trend!

Skies are mostly clear early on this Sunday morning and temperatures range from 34 in Clifton down to 26 at Basking Ridge. Winds are calm or light northerly. The air quality is moderate with an index of 66.

An Arctic cold front is moving to our east this morning and a low pressure area to our south will likely give us some snow showers this morning followed by clearing with temperatures steady in the mid to upper 30s.

Arctic high pressure will be over us on Monday giving us a partly sunny day with temperatures well below normal.

The high will move offshore on Tuesday as a low pressure system approaches our area. Precipitation should start off as a mixture of snow, sleet and freezing rain changing to all rain in the afternoon.

Unsettled weather with chances of rain Wednesday through Friday but temperatures should be above normal.

Significantly warmer next weekend through much of next week.
