Becoming mostly sunny, breezy and chilly today! Mostly sunny and continued cool on Wednesday but with much less wind. Dry and milder Thursday through the day on Friday! Low chances of showers Friday night through the weekend with near normal temperatures!

Skies are partly cloudy early on this Tuesday morning and temperatures range from 35 in Clifton down to 26 at High Point. Winds are gusty out of the west past 30 mph, a wind advisory is in effect until 8 a.m. this morning. The air quality is good with an index of 28.

The strong frontal system that gave us the rain yesterday and early this morning is moving well offshore as a Canadian high pressure builds from the west. Today we will have a mostly sunny and chilly day with some wind gusts to 35 mph, the winds will diminish tonight.

Canadian high pressure will give us another mostly sunny and cold day but with less winds. Early morning temperatures tomorrow morning will be well down into the 20s and afternoon highs struggling to reach the 40 degree mark.

Not as cool Thursday and Friday as the high pressure moves through our area, skies both days will be partly sunny.

Unsettled weather Friday night through the weekend as a couple of weak disturbances move through our area. Chances of precipitation through this period will be no more than 40%.
