Skies are cloudy early on this Saturday morning and there is some drizzle or light rain falling along with some fog. Temperatures range from 61 in Clifton down to 55 at High Point. Winds are calm or light east-northeasterly. The air quality is good with an index of 43.

After having a couple of comfortable summer days it will become warmer and more humid today as a warm front will move to our north later this morning accompanied by some drizzle and light rain. Following the warm front it will become mostly sunny, quite warm and humid and as a cold front approaches; showers will be likely with a chance of some strong thunderstorms. The cold front will cross the area late at night.

Sunday will be quite warm but less humid along with mostly sunny skies.

Monday will again be quite warm, but a frontal system will give us a chance of showers at night.

The cold front will cross the area Tuesday night accompanied by some showers and thunderstorms, temperatures will continue to be quite warm and humid.

Dry weather then is expected Wednesday through the 4th of July with continued quite warm temperatures but the humidity will be lower.
