An Arctic cold front crossed the area overnight and today will be partly sunny but very cold and windy, temperatures will not rise much if at all from the present temperatures. Winds will be gusty out of the northwest up to 30 mph.
Tonight may be the coldest temperatures of the season so far as lows will be in the low-mid teens and down the single digits further inland. Winds will diminish as the Arctic high moves over us. During the day on Tuesday we should see an increase in clouds with light winds continuing.
Milder on Wednesday but a weak disturbance will likely give us rain possibly beginning as snow especially across the higher elevations to our north and west.
Somewhat cooler air but dry Thursday through the day on Friday. Another weak low pressure system will give us a chance of light snow Friday night into Saturday followed by much colder air for the weekend as another Arctic high pressure builds into our area.
