Skies are partly cloudy early on this Sunday morning and temperatures range from 54 in Clifton down to a cool 40 degrees at Walpack. Winds are calm or light northerly. The air quality is moderate with an index of 51.

We should see an increase in clouds today with a chance of light rain this afternoon and evening as low pressure develops on the front to our south.

Monday will be a dry day with seasonable temperatures, a weak cold front will come through dry during the day.

The coolest air of the season is expected Tuesday morning through Wednesday morning with lows both mornings well down into the 40s with 30s likely further inland. There may be some frost Wednesday morning as winds will be more calm. Canadian high pressure will dominate our weather.

A moderating trend to more seasonable temperatures as the high pressure moves slowly offshore Wednesday afternoon through the start of the weekend. No rain is expected.
