Skies are mostly clear on this Thursday morning and temperatures range from the mid 60s in the Clifton area down to some lower 50s further inland, winds are mainly calm.

High pressure over the area will move offshore today still providing us with mostly sunny conditions along with seasonably warm temperatures, humidity will remain comfortable.

We should see an increase in clouds on Friday with some showers possible by evening, the humidity will rise somewhat but it will be a little cooler than today.

Showers will continue to be possible on Saturday as a weak front will be in the area.

Sunday should be a warm day and mostly dry.

Showers are again possible on Monday followed by dry weather for Tuesday and Wednesday, temperatures will be near normal.

FRIDAY – AUG 11 – Increasing clouds, high in the low 80s, chance of showers and thunderstorms at night.

SATURDAY – AUG 12 – Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers and thunderstorms, high near 80.

SUNDAY – AUG 13 – Partly sunny, high in the mid 80s.

MONDAY – AUG 14 – Partly sunny with a chance of showers, high in the low 80s.

TUESDAY – AUG 15 – Mostly sunny, high in the low 80s.

WEDNESDAY – AUG 16 – Mostly sunny, high in the low 80s.

 

MARINE FORECAST:  TODAY – Southeast wind to 8 knots, seas 1-2 feet.  Belmar’s ocean temperature is 72 degrees.

OUTLOOK – No advisories expected Friday through Monday.

 

It is so nice to be home from the hospital, my recovering is doing very well and today I may have some eggs, yippee!
