High pressure over the southeast states will give us a sunny day today, high temperatures will be a couple of degrees higher than yesterday but with much less wind as the storm off the Canadian Maritimes moves further away.

High pressure will continue to dominate our weather on Sunday with milder temperatures and continued light winds.

Mainly dry and finally some above normal temperatures Monday through Wednesday. Some weak disturbances may give us more clouds Tuesday but no rain is expected. Highs during this period will mainly be in the 50s.

A low pressure system will give us a chance of showers on Thursday with only slightly cooler air.

Dry with near seasonable temperatures on Friday.

Today will be a mostly sunny day but it will continue to be rather cold and windy, highs may only rise to slightly above freezing and with winds gusting above 30 mph at times will make it feel much colder as we are in between low pressure off the New England coast and high pressure building from the west.

Dry weather for the weekend as the high pressure builds closer to our area. There will be less wind both days. Temperatures will be slightly below normal on Saturday and near normal on Sunday.

Finally some above normal temperatures and dry conditions much of next week as the high pressure moves offshore and we will have mainly a light southwest wind. There is a low chance of some rain showers Tuesday afternoon with a better chance of showers on Thursday as some weak disturbances move through our area. Daytime highs will average between the upper 40s to some mid 50s.
