After having some well needed rain last night, today will be mostly sunny and pleasant with highs near 80 along with lower humidity.

Still another disturbance will give us a chance of showers on Friday.

At this point the weekend looks mainly dry with near seasonable temperatures, however there is still a slight chance of showers especially on Saturday.

A frontal system will give us well needed rainfall today, we should have a chance of showers this morning but most of the heavier rain with thunderstorms should be from the middle of the afternoon through tonight. Temperatures will be seasonably mild but the humidity will be higher with dew points well up into the 60s. Rainfall amounts should be between 1/2 and 3/4 inches with some higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.

The showers will end early Tuesday morning and we will have a dry and seasonably warm day with highs near 80 with much less humidity than today.

An upper air low pressure area will be over the Northeast much of the rest of this week likely giving us showers on Wednesday with still a chance of showers Friday and again on Sunday. Temperatures during this period will be near normal.
