A warm front has moved to our north this morning causing some showers and thunderstorms, this activity should move offshore and we should have a partly sunny, hot and humid day today. More showers are possible later this afternoon into this evening as a cold front crosses the area.

Friday will be less hot and humid along with partly sunny skies but another cold front may cause some afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms.

The weekend looks quite pleasant and unlike last weekend with blistering heat this weekend will be seasonably warm with highs mostly in the upper 80s, also the humidity will be on the low side with dew points in the low 60s.

At this point most of next week will be hot and rather humid with the only chance of some showers with a weak warm front on Tuesday.

Skies are mostly clear early on this Wednesday morning and temperatures are cooler with readings at 5 a.m. ranging from 64 in Clifton down to 53 at Sandyston. Although these temperatures are the coolest in the last 2 weeks they are only a couple of degrees below normal. Winds are mainly calm and the humidity continues to be low.

High pressure moving through the area will give us another nice summer day with plenty of sunshine, seasonably warm temperatures and low humidity.

A front to our south will move as a warm front through our area on Thursday, which will give us a chance of showers and thunderstorms along with higher temperatures and humidity.

A cold front will cross the area on Friday with again a chance of showers, humidity will lower at night.

Very pleasant summer weather for the weekend with plenty of sunshine both days along with seasonably warm temperatures and low humidity.

Today we will have a nice summer day with a mix of clouds and sun, temperatures will be seasonably warm with highs in the mid-upper 80s. The humidity will remain low with dew points continuing near 60 degrees as weak high pressure moves into the area.

The pleasant weather will continue on Wednesday with weak high pressure in the area which will give us mostly sunny skies.

A weak warm front will cause showers Thursday mainly in the morning, it will become warmer and more humid.

A chance of showers will continue on Friday as a weak cold front crosses the area. Temperatures will be slightly cooler and the humidity will lower late in the day.

A cold front approaching from the northwest will give us showers and thunderstorms mainly this afternoon and tonight. Some storms may be accompanied by heavy rain and strong gusty winds. High temperatures will be a little lower than this past weekend but the humidity will be higher with dew points in the low 70s.

The front will push offshore Tuesday morning and it will be a much nicer day with seasonably warm temperatures and lower humidity.

The weather becomes more unsettled as a low pressure trough will be near the area causing mainly low chance of showers Wednesday through Friday. Temperatures will average above normal with Thursday will be the warmest and most humid day of this period.

At this point the weekend looks dry with seasonably warm temperatures.

One more very hot day today with plenty of sunshine and high temperatures approaching 100 degrees. The humidity will not be too oppressive with dew points falling to the low 60s in the afternoon. Some records highs are likely. There is a slight to low chance of a late day or evening shower but most places with be rain free. A heat advisory continues in effect.

A cold front will cross the area on Monday with showers and thunderstorms likely, some storms may be accompanied by heavy rain and strong gusty winds. High temperatures will not be as hot but it will be more humid with dew points rising to the low 70s.

High pressure will then build into our region on Tuesday giving us plenty of sunshine, seasonably warm temperatures and lower humidity.

The rest of the week temperatures will be at or slightly above normal along with a chance of mainly afternoon and evening showers Wednesday through Friday.

At this point next weekend looks to be mainly dry with seasonably warm temperatures continuing.
