Today will be a sunny day with cool temperatures but with much less wind than yesterday as high pressure builds into our area.

Wednesday will be partly sunny and a little milder as the high pressure moves offshore and a southerly flow develops.

Thanksgiving Day will be mild but with rain as a frontal system moves through the area. Rainfall amounts of 1/2 to 3/4 inches are expected.

Mainly dry with above normal temperatures Friday through the weekend.

Another frontal system will give us a chance of rain on Monday followed by much colder air as we start off the month of December.

Rain is falling over much of the area early on this Monday morning and temperatures are quite mild with readings ranging from the upper 50s in Clifton down to the low 40s further inland. Winds are mainly from the southwest.

A cold front will cross the area this morning, showers ahead of the front will continue to around 10 a.m. Some sunshine is expected by mid afternoon but a brisk northwest flow of much cooler air will move into our area. Temperatures that are in the 50s this morning will fall to the low 40s by sunset and brisk northwest winds will make it feel colder.

Tuesday will be a dry day and most likely the coolest day of this week but still only be slightly below normal.

Dry weather with an increase in clouds on Wednesday along with slightly milder temperatures.

Another frontal system is likely to give us more rain on Thanksgiving mainly in the morning along with mild temperatures with highs approaching the 60 degree mark.

Dry and mild weather is expected for Friday and Saturday but another frontal system will give us a chance of rain on Sunday.

Today will be cooler along with cloudy skies as high pressure will be to our north. A warm front approaching from the south will give us a chance of light rain or drizzle mainly after 3 p.m. Heavier showers are expected late tonight into Monday morning followed by clearing in the afternoon. Overnight temperatures will rise into the 50s but fall to the 40s by sunset on Monday.

Tuesday will be the coolest day of this week with highs only in the 40s despite sunny skies.

Mostly cloudy and a little milder on Wednesday but another frontal system will give our area a good chance of rain Wednesday night into Thanksgiving. It should be mild on Thanksgiving Day with highs near 60.

Tuesday looks to be the coolest day of next week with highs only in the 40s despite sunny skies.

Another frontal system will give us a chance of rain Wednesday into Thanksgiving followed by dry weather for Black Friday. Temperatures should mainly be above normal through this period.

A southwest flow of high pressure along the Carolina coast will give us a mild day today with highs near 60.

A weak cold front will cross the area on Saturday but no precipitation is expected and it will remain mild with highs again near 60.

Sunday will be cooler as an onshore flow will develop and with mostly cloudy skies high temperatures will be around 10 degrees cooler than on Saturday.

A warm front followed by a cold front will likely give us some showers late Sunday night into Monday morning.

Tuesday will be cooler and dry.
