Skies are cloudy early on this Wednesday morning and temperatures range from the mid 20s in Clifton to the upper teens further inland, winds are light northerly.

A low pressure system will move into the area today with snow developing around 1 p.m. and may come down moderately at times this afternoon. The timing for the snow is similar to the November storm that caused massive traffic problems but hopefully the snow will not come down as heavy as back then. Still it still could be a mess. Total accumulations of 2-4 inches are likely. The precipitation will change to sleet and freezing rain this evening before changing to all rain before ending mainly before daybreak tomorrow.

Some sunshine by tomorrow afternoon will help temperatures rise into the 50s ahead of a cold front that will come through at night.

Seasonably mild and dry Friday into the day on Saturday but another storm system will give us precipitation Saturday night into Sunday, this time it will be warm enough so only plain rain is expected.

Dry weather with near seasonable temperatures early next week.

Today will be a chilly day despite having plenty of sunshine, winds will be lighter than yesterday.

A storm system will move into the area on Wednesday with snow developing in the afternoon then mixing with sleet and freezing rain in the evening and changing to all liquid rain before ending Thursday morning. Accumulations should average 2-4 inches before the changeover.

Clearing by Thursday afternoon and it will be mild with highs in the 50s.

Dry weather with seasonably mild temperatures Friday into the day on Saturday.

Another storm system will cause mainly rain Saturday night into Sunday, temperatures will continue to be seasonably mild.

Skies are cloudy early on this Monday morning and there is some light rain and drizzle falling. Temperatures range from around 32 in Clifton down to the mid 20s further inland. In areas that are at or below freezing the precipitation is freezing rain, so be careful as untreated roads and sidewalks may be icy.

The precipitation will change to liquid rain before ending this morning as temperatures rise above freezing. There may be some peeks of sunshine this afternoon with temperatures rising into the mid 40s.

A cold front will come through tonight, temperatures will fall down to near 20 degrees by daybreak on Tuesday.

Tuesday will be a chilly day despite having plenty of sunshine as high pressure builds over the area.

Another low pressure will likely give us a round of precipitation Wednesday afternoon through Thursday. At this time it appears precipitation will start off as snow Wednesday afternoon, mixing with sleet and freezing rain in the evening, and to all rain on Thursday as temperatures rise to well above normal.

Dry with seasonably mild temperatures are expected on Friday.

Another storm system will give us a chance of precipitation over the weekend, but at this time temperatures will be mild enough so whatever falls will be in the form of liquid rain.

Today we will see an increase in cloudiness as high pressure moves offshore and a low pressure system approaches from the southwest. Temperatures will be lower than yesterday with highs mainly in the upper 30s.

Snow should begin by midnight tonight and then change to a mixture of snow, sleet and freezing rain by daybreak and be all rain before ending Monday afternoon, accumulations of 1-3 inches are possible.

Tuesday will be a dry day with seasonably cold temperatures.

Another low pressure system will likely give us more precipitation Wednesday into Thursday. Again the precipitation will start off as snow Wednesday afternoon and then change to a wintery mix, then to all rain before ending on Thursday.

Friday should be dry with near slightly above normal temperatures.

Another disturbance will give us a chance of rain next weekend.

A cold front came through late last night and temperatures will be cooler today after the 60 degree reading we had yesterday. Winds will be gusty this morning but diminish by this afternoon.

Dry with seasonably cool temperatures on Sunday but we should see an increase in clouds. A low pressure area will be moving into the area at night with snow developing, possibly changing to sleet and freezing rain before ending Monday morning, total accumulations should be around 1-3 inches.

Dry on Tuesday as high pressure builds into the area, but another stronger low pressure will likely give us snow on Wednesday mixing with sleet and freezing rain and then plain rain before ending on Thursday. This system is similar to the icy mess we had this past Tuesday.

Dry weather returns for Friday with seasonably cool temperatures.
