Mostly sunny and cooler today! Unsettled weather tomorrow through the weekend with chance of showers each day!


Good morning everyone!

Skies are mostly cloudy early this morning and there is some patchy fog in some areas, temperatures are mild with readings mainly in the mid to upper 60s, the humidity is high.

A backdoor cold front came through overnight and today will be cooler with an onshore flow,  some fog and low clouds should dissipate this morning and most of the day will be mostly sunny.

Showers are possible on Thursday as the front to our south slowly moves north as a warm front, temperatures will continue to be on the cool side.

Warmer on Friday but shower chances continue as the warm front moves to our north followed by a cold front late in the day.

Unsettled weather for the weekend with showers possible both days, temperatures will be seasonable on Saturday but cooler than normal on Sunday.

High pressure will build into the area early next week with fair weather, temperatures will be cool on Monday but become milder on Tuesday.

Skies are cloudy early this morning and there is some fog in some areas, it is warmer than this time yesterday with readings mainly in the low to mid 60s, the humidity is high.

A weak area of high pressure will be in the area will give us a warmer day today despite considerable cloudiness but we should stay dry,  highs will be well up into the 80s and with dew points in the 60s will make it a rather muggy day.

A backdoor cold front will cross the area late tonight and an onshore flow will cause cooler air on Wednesday in our area but we should stay dry.

Unsettled weather Thursday through the weekend with chances of shower each day,  the best chance of showers will be from late Saturday into Sunday morning.   Temperatures will be near normal.

Skies are cloudy early this Memorial Day morning and temperatures range from the mid 50s in the Clifton area down to the upper 40s further inland, there is a light northeast wind.

High pressure will build into the area giving us dry conditions today and with skies becoming mostly sunny temperatures will be a higher than yesterday.

A warm southwest flow will develop on Tuesday bringing very warm and humid air into the area but we should remain dry throughout the day.

A backdoor cold front will cross the area early on Wednesday, no showers are expected with the front but it will bring cooler temperatures into the area.

Unsettled weather from Thursday through the weekend as an upper level trough along with some moisture from Alberto moves into our area.  Temperatures will be near or slightly above normal through this period.

Good morning everyone!

A backdoor cold front moved just to our south early this morning and a brisk northeast flow of cooler air is moving into the area.  Rain along with some thunder is now moving into the area from the south.  Temperatures range from around 70 in the Clifton area down to the mid 60s further inland.

The front will move to our south and today will remain cloudy, some heavy rain this morning is possible tapering off to occasional showers this afternoon.  Temperatures will gradually fall through the 60s today, much cooler than the 93 degrees that we had yesterday.

Weak high pressure will keep us dry on Memorial Day but we will still have considerable cloudiness.  Temperatures will be in the low 70s.

Warmer on Tuesday and dry as high pressure moves off the coast.

Another backdoor cold front will cross the area on Wednesday but come through dry with cooler temperatures following the front.

Dry most of Thursday but some moisture from the tropics may give us some showers Thursday night into Saturday morning along with more humid air.

Good morning everyone!

Skies are mostly clear early this morning and temperatures are quite warm with readings ranging from the low 70s in the Clifton area down to around 60 further inland, winds are light.

High pressure will be moving off the coast as a backdoor cold front approaches from the north.  During the day today we should have partly to mostly sunny skies and temperatures rising to near 90 degrees, the humidity will be much higher than the last few days with dew points in the 60s.  The front will cause some shower and thunderstorm activity late this afternoon into tonight, some of the storms may be accompanied by heavy rain.

The front will cross the area around daybreak on Sunday with a much cooler onshore flow and with the clouds and showers, daytime highs will not rise much if at all with highs only in the 60s.

Memorial Day will likely be dry but with cool tempertures continuing.

Warmer and dry on Tuesday.

Dry weather with seasonably warm temperatures Wednesday through the day on Thursday.

Another frontal system along with some tropical moisture from sub-tropical storm Alberto may give us showers late Thursday into Friday.
