We have mostly clear skies early this morning and temperatures have dipped into the upper 30s in the Clifton area to some freezing readings well inland, winds are from the west around 5-10 mph.

Today will be a breezy and cool day with some afternoon clouds, most areas will remain dry but there is an outside chance of a couple sprinkles.   Tonight will be mostly cloudy and chilly with some frost as temperatures drop to the low 30s.

Still cool on Friday with a bit more sunshine.

After another frosty morning on Saturday temperatures will moderate during the afternoon with plenty of sunshine.

Dry with seasonably cool temperatures on Sunday.

Continued seasonably cool temperatures early next week, dry on Monday and Tuesday but there is a possibility of some widespread rain towards the end of next week.

Showers and thunderstorms likely this afternoon and evening! Dry and cool Thursday through the weekend!


Skies are partly cloudy in the area on this Earth Day, temperatures range from the mid 40s in the Clifton area to some upper 30s in the colder suburbs, winds are light.

We will see an increase in clouds this morning as a cold front approaches our area with an area of showers and thunderstorms ahead of the front, these storms may be accompanied by strong gusty winds and some small hail

Clearing late tonight as high pressure builds in from the mid-west.

We will then have cool conditions Thursday through the weekend and we should stay dry, there will be a chance of frost early Friday and Saturday mornings.

Dry weather should persist into early next week with the next chance of widespread rain will be around Wednesday.

Lingering showers early this morning then clearing and mild! Some showers again on Wednesday!


Skies are cloudy early this morning and we still have some showers moving through as a low pressure system moves through the area, temperatures are mild across the region mainly in the low 50s, winds are light.

Showers will move offshore this morning and we should see clearing by noon, it will be mild and breezy with highs in the upper 60s.

A cold front will cross the area on Wednesday with showers and windy conditions in the afternoon, it will remain rather mild.

Cool and dry air will dominate our weather Thursday through the weekend.

A rainy Monday! Dry and milder on Tuesday!


Rain is moving into the area as of early this morning, temperatures are cool ranging from the mid 40s in the Clifton area to around 40 in the colder suburbs, there is a brisk easterly wind.

Today a low pressure system will be affecting our area giving us some well needed significant rainfall, amounts will be between 1-2 inches, it will be breezy also.  The rain may taper off this afternoon but more showers and a possible thunderstorm will occur later this afternoon and this evening.

Skies will clear by daybreak on Tuesday and the day should be quite pleasant with plenty of sunshine and highs near 70.

Seasonably mild on Wednesday but a cold front will give us a chance of showers in the afternoon and evening.

Below normal temperatures Thursday through Sunday some models are indicating rain on Saturday but for the time being we will keep the weekend dry.

Much cooler and dry Sunday! Significant rain on Monday!


We have mostly clear skies at daybreak this morning and temperatures have dipped down to the upper 40s in Clifton to the low 40s further inland, winds are light.

A cold front move to our south last night and high  pressure is building into the area from the northwest, today will be much cooler than on Saturday with highs around 20 degrees lower than the 82 degrees that was recorded yesterday.

A low pressure system will develop to our southwest and rain with this system should move into the area before daybreak, the rain will become moderate to heavy in the morning before tapering off to showers in the afternoon and evening, highs will be nearly seasonably, expect around 1 1/2 inches of well needed rain with this system.

Some showers are likely before daybreak on Tuesday followed by gradual clearing and seasonably mild temperatures.

Wednesday will be partly sunny but some showers are possible in the afternoon and evening as a weak cold front comes through the area.

Cool and dry Thursday through the start of next weekend.

Looking at the long range pattern it appears that cooler than normal weather will persist through the end of April into the beginning of May and we should not see our next 80 degree day until at least sometime during the first full week of May.
