Clearing and mild today after early morning sprinkles!

Skies are cloudy at 6 a.m. this morning and there has been some sprinkles in the area as a weak disturbance moves through the area.  Temperatures are in the mid 30s but some of the sprinkles may be heavy enough may cause some freezing on the colder untreated surfaces so use caution going out early this morning.

After the disturbance moves through skies will clear and it will be another mild day with highs approaching the 50 degree mark once again.

On Tuesday a low pressure system will be moving up from the Gulf and off the Carolina coast, precipitation will be close enough to give us a chance of rain Tuesday afternoon and evening,  rain amounts should be less than 1/4 of an inch.

Some clearing on Wednesday and it may be the mildest day of the year so far with temperatures well up into the 50s and with enough sunshine 60 degrees is not out of reach.

Thursday will be a sunny day with slightly cooler temperatures.

Cooler on Friday and as another stronger low pressure moves close to our area we may have some snow at night that will change to rain on Saturday.

Clearing and seasonably cool weather on Sunday.
