Mainly just rain today into Thursday morning!

It now appears the temperatures are a little warmer today than foretasted yesterday so the precipitation will be mainly in the form of rain which will begin shortly before noon today and continue though Thursday morning, some sleet may mix in when the precipitation starts today but no accumulation. Well north of us across the hills of Passaic and Sussex counties will have an inch or two of snow but even up there what is falling will change to rain later today.. Highs today will be in the low 40s..

Tomorrow the rain will end with highs climbing close to 50 degrees.

Dry on Friday but becoming cloudy with rain developing late at night, high in the upper 40s.

Saturday we will have showers and milder reaching 60 degrees..

Sunday dry and a bit cooler high near 50.

Right now Monday and Tuesday look dry but cooler with highs in the mid 40s.

Still looks like a major warmup towards the end of next week with highs reaching the 60s.

Nice today, yucky tomorrow afternoon into Thursday morning!

Today Tuesday will be another fine late February day although a bit cooler with highs around 50 degrees.

Tomorrow is when the weather goes downhill, we will have a cloudy start with precipitation starting around noon, the Clifton area will be right on the rain/snow/mix line with just rain to our south and snow and ice to our north. Best guess for accumulation right now is a coating around here, 1-2 inches in Morris County, 2-3 inches in Sussex and northern Passaic County and more as you head up to upstate New York. The precipitation will continue till Thursday afternoon but it should change to rain even up north as temperatures rise into the 40s. Clearing Thursday night..

Friday will be dry with highs in the upper 40s..

Next chance of precipitation will be on Saturday but this will be all rain or rain showers as reading go up into the 50s.

Sunday looks dry with highs in the upper 40s.

The long long range looks quite mild again next week especially from mid-week on as March looks like it will continue with generally above normal temperatures..

Spring like today but winter is still lurking for Wednesday!

Today will be the nicest day of the week with fair skies and highs in the mid to upper 50s.

Tomorrow still dry but cooler with highs in the upper 40s..

Wednesday’s forecast is tricky especially for the inland areas.. Precipitation will start shortly before noon mainly in the form of snow inland and a mix closer to the coast. This precipitation will turn to mainly rain along the coast but remain as snow inland where up to 6″ may fall. The snow or rain or mix will last until Thursday morning.. Highs on Wednesday will remain in the 30s and Thursday rise to the low to mid 40s.

Friday dries out with highs in the upper 40s.

Saturday looks like another precipitation event but this will be mainly rain as highs reach the 50s..

Very changable weather as we head into March!!

Today will have the about the same temperatures as yesterday (mid 40s) but with diminishing winds it will feel a little more comfortable.

Monday will be the nicest day of the upcoming week with fair skies and highs reaching the upper 50s.

A slight cool down on Tuesday with some late increasing clouds with a high near 50.

Then the weather gets interesting for the Wednesday afternoon into Thursday morning period. A storm system will develop an move toward our area, too early to get specific as the rain/snow line will set up in our area.. The best chance of accumulating snow of course will be inland, but how far inland is the question. Defiantly something to watch!!!

Changeable is the word as we go back to near 50 or the 50s for next Friday and Saturday with dry conditions..

High winds today!

The storm that was responsible for yesterday’s rain and in some spots snow will move well to our northeast but the circulation around it will cause high winds up to 50MPH in some areas today, it will be partly sunny with highs in the 40s.

Tomorrow the winds will slowly diminish and highs will still be in the mid 40s with sunny skies..

Monday and Tuesday will be real nice with highs back up into the 50s.

Next storm will be Wednesday into Thursday with rain but as with the last storm inland areas could have some snow or mixed precipitation, cooler with highs in the 40s..

Periods of rain today, much cooler, very windy late tonight into Saturday?

It will be much cooler today with periods of rain, highs mainly in the 40s. Inland areas early this morning had some snow and sleet with High Point receiving 3 inches. There will be off and on rain into this evening.

Have a nice weekend but hold on to your hats tomorrow!

Hold on to your hats later tonight and Saturday with a wind advisory up for gusts approaching 50mph, winds will diminish by late in the day Saturday, highs in the 40s.

Sunday will be dry, less wind with highs again in the 40s.

Back to nice spring weather again Monday and Tuesday, with highs back up into the 50s.

Wednesday is the next chance of a storm that will give us mainly rain although inland it may start as a mixture, cooler, highs in the 40s.

Another spring type day on tap today!

After early clouds the sun will appear and despite being breezy highs will reach the low 60s in many spots which is normal for the third week of April.

Clouds will increase late this afternoon with rain developing late tonight continuing into Friday, the precipitation well inland in the higher elevations of Sussex County may have a mixture of snow and sleet before dawn tomorrow..

Friday mainly light rain will continue into the early afternoon with a wide range of temperatures ranging from around 50 just to our north to around 70 in Southern New Jersey, I think that the upper 50s will prevail here.. A cold front will come through around sunset with winds increasing and also with cooler temps dropping to the upper 30s by Saturday morning.

Saturday will be windy with highs still above normal in the upper 40s.

Sunday dry and with normal late winter highs in the low 40s.

Monday and Tuesday of next week look dry with again milder temps near 50 degrees.

Mid April weather in February!

The weather will be more like the middle of April with very mild days and nights along with the chance of showers the next three days..

Today, will be be quite nice but breezy with highs in the upper 50s.

Tonight into Thursday morning there is a chance of light showers the lows will not go below 40 degrees..

Thursday the showers will end and there will be some clearing but cloudy skies will quickly develop in the afternoon, highs still in the mild 50s..

Thursday night into Friday rain is more likely with as a more potent storm moves in, depending on the track we could have a very windy afternoon with wind gusts approaching 50 MPH. Lows Thursday night in the mild 40s and highs Friday near 60. The cold front associated with the storm will move through Friday night with the very mild weather ending..

Saturday, windy with early showers then clearing, highs drop down to the 40s..

Sunday and Monday dry with highs in the 40s, still above normal for this time of year..

Saturday wi

Mild week ahead, however with many rain chances..

Today will start out partly sunny but it will cloud up later with a short and small chance of showers later in the day and evening. Highs a couple of degrees higher in the upper 40s.

Wednesday the temperature will rise into the 50s and again with a chance of showers in the afternoon and evening..

Thursday still a chance of showers throughout the day with highs in the 50s.

Friday is the best likelihood of rain as a storm develops to our west, highs approaching 60 degrees.

Saturday will be cooler with clearing, quite windy, highs will drop down to the 40s.

Sunday dry with less wind, highs in the 40s.

No cold air in sight as we move into March…

Tuesday will start off dry but clouds will increase and there is a chance of rain in the late afternoon and a better chance in the evening, highs in the upper 40s.

Wednesday through Friday will be very mild with highs in the mid to upper 50s, the best chance of rain will by on Friday.

Weekend it will be cooler but still no really cold air in site as we approach the end of February!
