Yesterday we had strong storms in the area but most missed the Clifton area as I only recorded only .23″ of rain, some areas in Sussex County received nearly 6 inches of rain, also strong winds and hail were reported from Sussex county down through central New Jersey. Today will be more tranquil as a cold front crosses the area later this morning, it will be hot but much less humid in the afternoon with a nice breeze.
