Temperatures will rebound after the coolest morning since early June!


A chilly start this morning as temperatures dipped to 50 degrees in Clifton but as low as 39 at Pequest in northwest Sussex County. With plenty of sunshine today we should rise back into the mid 70s, much like yesterday but with much less wind.
A warming trend will continue from tomorrow into the weekend with highs mainly in the low 80s. Next chance of rain is late Saturday or more likely on Sunday.

The forecast: Today, Sunny, high in the mid 70s.

Tonight: mostly clear, low in the mid 50s.

Wednesday through Saturday: mostly sunny days and mostly clear and comfortable nights, highs in the low 80s. lows in the upper 50s to the low 60s, low humidity.

Sunday: partly sunny, with a chance of showers, highs in the upper 70s.

Monday: partly sunny, high again in the upper 70s.

Marine forecast: Today, small craft advisories till noon! North winds gusting to 20 knots this morning diminishing to 10 knots by this afternoon, seas 5 feet today diminishing to 4 feet by afternoon.
Outlook: Good boating weather from Wednesday through the weekend with light seas and winds..
