Showers and thunderstorms later today and tonight ahead of a warm front!


It is milder at daybreak than the last few mornings with temperatures in the low 50s in the Clifton area to some 40s inland…
Increasing cloudiness this morning as a warm front approaches our area, also showers will develop later this afternoon and continue into the early morning hours of Wednesday. With the clouds and showers high temperatures should remain below 70 degrees.
After the warm front moves through our area on Wednesday morning it will become warmer and more humid with temperatures reaching the mid 80s.
Very warm to hot weather from Thursday to at least Saturday with little or no rain, the humidity will also be on the high side.
A cold front will be approaching on Sunday or Monday with showers and thunderstorms possible followed by cooler and less humid air early next week.

The forecast: Today – Increasing cloudiness with showers developing mostly after 3pm, high in the upper 60s.
Tonight – Showers and thunderstorms, low around 60.
Wednesday – Chance of showers and thunderstorms before 8am then becoming partly sunny, warmer and more humid, high in the mid-upper 80s.
Thursday – Mostly sunny, high near 90.
Friday – Mostly sunny, high near 90
Saturday – Mostly sunny, high near 90
Sunday – Partly sunny with a chance of afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms, high in the mid-upper 80s.
Monday – Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers and thunderstorms, high near 80.

Marine Forecast: – Winds becoming south-southeast around 10 knots, seas up to 1 foot.
Outlook – Sub-advisory level conditions Wednesday though Friday but winds and seas may increase to advisory levels over the weekend!
