Excellent late summer weather for this weekend!


Under clear skies at daybreak temperatures have fallen to 60 degrees in Clifton to many 50s inland, dew points have also fallen to near 50.
High pressure will dominate our weather this weekend with warm days and cool comfortable nights. High temperatures on both days will be in the low 80s, just about perfect for outside activities.
Temperatures and humidity will increase on Monday as the high pressure moves offshore.
Shower chances increase Tuesday and Wednesday with warm and humid weather expected as a cold front moves slowly through our area.
Drier air moving into the area for the end of the work week with seasonably warm temperatures.
The long range forecast for the Labor Day weekend is for quite warm temperatures with little or no chance of rain but of course this forecast could change…

Tonight – Mostly clear, low in the upper 50s.
Sunday – Sunny, high in the low 80s.
Monday – Partly sunny, high in the mid 80s. chance of showers and thunderstorms at night.
Tuesday – Partly sunny with a chance of showers and thunderstorms, mostly in the morning, high in the upper 80s.
Wednesday – Partly sunny with a chance of scattered showers and thunderstorms, high in the low-mid 80s.
Thursday – Mostly sunny, high in the low 80s.
Friday – Mostly sunny, high in the mid 80s.

Marine forecast: Today – North-northeast wind becoming east around 13 knots, seas 2-3 feet.
Outlook – Sub-advisory level conditions through next week.
