Warmer weather in the forecast as we start October!


With mostly clear skies temperatures in the Clifton area are in the mid 50s but 40s inland.
Plenty of sunshine and a westerly wind will cause temperatures to rise into the low 80s today.
On Wednesday record high temperatures may occur as readings may reach the upper 80s..
Not quite as warm Thursday and Friday but temperatures still may approach the 80 degree mark.
The best chance of rain will be Sunday into Monday as a cold front moves through our area. Afternoon temperatures on the weekend will still be above normal reaching the upper 70s.
Cooler weather early next week but temperatures will be at or slightly above normal.

Tonight – Mostly clear, low in the mid 50s.
Wednesday – Sunny with record high temperatures possible, high in the mid-upper 80s.
Thursday – Sunny, high near 80.
Friday – Partly sunny, high near 80.
Saturday – Mostly sunny, high in the upper 70s.
Sunday – Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers, high in the mid-upper 70s.
Monday – Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers, high in the mid 70s

Marine forecast: Today – West wind to 11 knots, seas 3 feet.
Outlook – Quiet conditions on the ocean waters through the weekend.
