Chilly air has arrived along with a chance of light rain!


Temperatures this early morning have fallen to the low 40s in the Clifton area to the 30s inland, skies are partly cloudy.
After having temperatures averaging five to six degrees above normal for the first 22 days of October we will now have below normal temperatures the next few days. An area of rain will be moving mostly south and east of our area but we may pick up a few hundredths of an inch of rain this afternoon and evening.
Sunny weather returns on Thursday and should last into the weekend along with the chilly and breezy conditions. Patchy frost is also likely the next few mornings.
Slow moderating in temperatures early next week and by Halloween readings may be back up into the 60s.

The forecast: Today – Increasing clouds with a chance of light rain this afternoon, high in the mid 50s.
Tonight – Chance of light rain in the evening then clearing, low in the upper 30s.
Thursday – Mostly sunny, high in the mid 50s.
Friday – Mostly sunny, high in the mid 50s.
Saturday – Partly sunny, high in the mid 50s.
Sunday – Mostly sunny, high in the mid 50s.
Monday – Mostly sunny, high in the upper 50s.
Tuesday – Mostly sunny, high near 60.

Marine Forecast: Today – North wind to 11 knots, seas 2 feet.
Outlook – Small craft advisory conditions may occur Thursday into Friday and again Saturday night into Sunday.
