Temperatures this morning with clear skies around around 5 degrees in the Clifton area to around zero further inland.  Winds have died down so it feels less harsh than at this time yesterday.

Yesterday afternoon was the coldest afternoon in 20 years, highs were only in the single digits with wind chills around -20 degrees.

Today will be much more comfortable as temperatures reach the balmy low 20s along with much less wind, the day will be dry but there will be an increase in clouds.

Further modification of the air mass on Thursday when temperatures actually will go above freezing with mostly fair skies and continued light winds.

More clouds on Friday and we reach the 40s, there is a slight chance of very light rain or snow but most areas will stay dry.

Even warmer on the weekend as highs reach the 50s. A storm system will give us rain Saturday afternoon and night.

Above normal temperatures will continue to at least into early next week.
