Pleasantly mild and dry start of the work week!!


With clear skies early this morning temperatures have fallen to the upper 20s in the Clifton area to the low 20s further inland.

Today will be a very pleasant day for the middle of January with sunny skies and temperatures rising into the low 50s.

On Tuesday a cold front will give us a likelihood of some light rain mostly falling in the morning, it will remain mild with highs near 50.

Somewhat cooler Wednesday through Friday but temperatures will be at or slightly above normal.  There is a chance of rain or snow showers on Wednesday as a low pressure forms offshore, otherwise the rest of the week should be dry

Cold and dry on the weekend but not as frigid as what we experienced last week.

 

The forecast: Today – Mostly sunny, high in the low 50s.

Tonight – Mostly cloudy with a chance of light rain after 3am, low around 40.

Tuesday – Chance of showers mainly in the morning, high near 50.

Wednesday – Mostly cloudy with a chance of rain showers, high in the mid 40s.

Thursday – Mostly sunny, high near 40.

Friday – Sunny, high in the low  40s.

Saturday – Partly sunny, high in the mid 30s.

Sunday – Mostly sunny, high near 30.

 

Marine forecast: Today – South wind to 15 knots, seas 2-3 feet

Small craft advisory issued from 6pm today to 6am Tuesday morning..

Outlook – Small craft advisories possible Tuesday through Friday.
