Warm Tuesday, showers will hold off till tonight; Windy and cooler Wednesday!


Temperatures this morning are in the 40s in the area which is about 10 degrees warmer than this time yesterday, skies are partly cloudy and winds are light.

Today will be warm with most area reaching the low 70s, we will have some filtered sunshine this morning but clouds will increase this afternoon.

Tonight a cold front will cross the area with some showers and thundershowers, rainfall amounts will generally be less than 1/4 of an inch.

On Wednesday we will dry out but it will become quite windy and cooler, winds may gust up to 40 mph.

It will be continued to be windy and dry on Thursday with slightly milder temperatures.

Seasonable mild on Friday with a chance of afternoon and evening showers.

Still a chance of showers on Saturday especially in the morning, temperatures will be mild.

Dry weather will return on Sunday with cooler temperatures.

Early next week we can expect cooler than normal temperatures will some showers possible.

 

The forecast: Today – Partly sunny this morning, increasing cloudiness this afternoon, high in the low 70s.

Tonight – Showers and thundershowers likely, low in the upper 40s.

Wednesday – Partly sunny, cooler and quite windy, high only around 60.

Thursday – Sunny and windy, high in the low 60s.

Friday – Partly sunny with a chance of afternoon and evening showers, highs in the mid-upper 60s.

Saturday – Partly sunny, chance of showers, high near 70.

Sunday – Mostly sunny, high in the low 60s.

Monday – Partly sunny, chance of a shower, high in the low 60s.

 

Marine forecast: Today – Southwest winds to 20 knots, seas 3 to 4 feet.

Small craft advisory will be in effect from tonight into Wednesday morning with a gale watch for Wednesday morning into Thursday morning.

Outlook – Sub-advisory level conditions Friday into Saturday with advisories again possible Saturday night.
