Enjoy this warm fall day because we may have some snow on the weekend!

We have mostly clear skies at daybreak this morning and temperatures are ranging from the mid 40s in the Clifton area to some upper 30s further inland, winds are light.

A warm front will move through the area this morning and temperatures will rapidly rise reaching the low to mid 70s by this afternoon on southwest winds, skies will be mostly sunny.

A cold front will be coming through the area on Wednesday associated with some showers, it will be quite mild overnight tonight with temperatures only falling to the upper 50s in most areas and reaching near 70 during the day.

After the frontal passage we will return to near normal readings for Thursday and Friday along with dry conditions.

A coastal low pressure system is expected to develop late Friday night bringing the chance of rain on Saturday that may mix with snow Saturday night, it will also be windy and much colder.  At this time it appears inland areas may see accumulating snowfall Saturday night but if the European model is correct we may see accumulations all the way to the coast.

Clearing on Sunday but it will quite cold and windy.

Temperatures recover early next week to normal levels and we may see above normal readings return by the middle of next week.
