Sunny and comfortably warm weather returns today! Clear skies tonight will provide excellent viewing of the Perseid Meteor Shower!

We have mainly clear skies early this Wednesday morning and temperatures range from the mid 60s in the Clifton are to the upper 50s further inland, winds are light.

Today will be a very nice summer day with plenty of sunshine and seasonably warm temperatures, dew points will fall into the comfortable 50s.

Tonight we will have mostly clear skies for the viewing of the annual Perseid Meteor Shower, many times when these showers occur in mid-August skies are either cloudy or the moon restricts the viewing, however tonight with the clear skies and with the nearly new moon will give us an excellent chance of seeing these shooting stars, the best time to see them will be from after midnight to before dawn tomorrow morning.

Dry weather will continue tomorrow through early next week with a warming trend as we see temperatures reaching the 90s by Saturday and last through most of next week, humidity will be moderate but not oppressive as dew points will be averaging in the 60s.
