Sunshine returns today but it will be windy! Excellent early December weather Friday through Monday! Possible coastal storm Tuesday and Wednesday!


Skies have become partly cloudy early on this Thursday morning and temperatures range from the low 40s here in Clifton to the mid 30s further inland, there is a brisk northwest wind.

Today we will finally see some sunshine, temperatures will remain seasonably mild but the wind gusting to 30 mph will make it feel cooler.

High pressure builds into the area on Friday and will be in control of our weather till Monday which will give us pleasantly mild temperatures, light winds and dry conditions.

There are indications that a coastal storm may affect our area Tuesday and Wednesday with rain and gusty winds.

Above normal temperatures should continue for at least the next two weeks.

 

THE FORECAST:

TODAY – Mostly sunny and breezy, high near 50.

TONIGHT – Partly cloudy, low in the mid 30s.

FRIDAY – Sunny, high in the low 50s.

SATURDAY – Sunny, high in the low 50s.

SUNDAY – Sunny, high in the mid 50s.

MONDAY – Mostly sunny, high in the mid 50s.

TUESDAY – Partly sunny with a chance of rain, high in the upper 40s.

WEDNESDAY – Partly sunny with a chance of showers, high near 50.

 

MARINE FORECAST:  Gale warning in effect till 5 p.m this afternoon for northwest winds gusting to 35 knots, seas 3-5 feet.

OUTLOOK – No advisories expected Friday through the day on Monday with advisories possible Monday night.
