Dry and tranquil weather through at least early next week with a warming trend!


Skies are mostly clear early on this Thursday morning and with light winds there is a rather large spread in temperatures ranging from the low 40s here in Clifton to some upper 20s in the normally colder valleys.

High pressure will be in control of our weather through the weekend providing our area with plenty of sunshine each day with a gradual warm up in temperatures with highs near 60 today rising to the upper 60s by Sunday.

Warmer on Monday with highs in the 70s but a cold front will cross the area on Monday night or Tuesday morning with only a slight chance of a shower followed by seasonably cool and contined dry weather for Tuesday and Wednesday.

TODAY – Sunny, high near 60.

TONIGHT – Clear, low in the mid 30s.

FRIDAY – Sunny, high in the low 60s.

SATURDAY – Sunny, high in the low 60s.

SUNDAY – Sunny, high in the upper 60s.

MONDAY – Mostly sunny, high in the mid 70s.

TUESDAY – Mostly sunny, high in the mid 60s.

WEDNESDAY – Mostly sunny, high in the low 60s.

 

MARINE FORECAST:  Small craft advisory will be in effect from 1 p.m. this afternoon till 6 p.m. on Friday.  Today – Northeast wind to 15 knots, seas 3-6 feet.

OUTLOOK – Small craft advisories likely Friday night through Sunday.
