Skies are mostly clear early on this Thursday morning and temperatures are a little cooler than the last few mornings ranging from around 60 here in Clifton to the low 50s further inland, winds are light.
Today we will have plenty of sunshine as high pressure builds from New England, it will be slightly cooler than on Wednesday especially along the coast.
A frontal system will give us a chance of showers on Friday, skies will be mainly cloudy and highs will be in the 70s.
Saturday still looks to be the best day of the weekend with partly sunny skies and warm temperatures.
A stronger frontal system will be in the area on Sunday giving us showers and thunderstorms, some of these storms may be quite strong.
An upper level low will be in our area Monday through Wednesday, it will be mainly dry but there is a chance of an afternoon shower on Tuesday, temperatures will be near or slightly above normal through the period.
