Some sunshine returns today along with mild and breezy conditions! Dry with near seasonably temperatures Friday through the weekend!


Skies are mainly cloudy early on this Thursday morning with the last of the rain moving to our northeast, temperatures once again are mild ranging from around 50 in the Clifton area to the low 40s inland, winds are light from the west.  Total storm rainfall since Tuesday totaled 2.40″ in Clifton.

Today we should see some sunshine, temperatures will be mild reaching the mid to upper 50s by midday as high pressure builds into the area, temperatures will start to fall this afternoon along with breezy conditions.

Dry weather should persist Friday through the weekend, daytime highs will be cooler and closer to normal.

A couple of low pressure systems will give us a chance of rain late Sunday night and again Tuesday night into Wednesday, temperatures will continue to be near normal.

 

THE FORECAST:

TODAY – Mostly sunny and breezy, highs in the mid 50s dropping to the 40s by mid afternoon.

TONIGHT – Mostly clear, low in the mid 30s.

FRIDAY – Mostly sunny, high in the low 50s.

SATURDAY – Mostly sunny, high in the upper 40s.

SUNDAY – Mostly sunny, high in the mid 40s, chance of light rain after midnight.

MONDAY – Becoming partly sunny, high in the upper 50s.

TUESDAY – Partly sunny, high in the mid 40s, chance of rain at night.

WEDNESDAY – Mostly cloudy with a chance of rain, high near 50.

 

MARINE FORECAST:  Small craft advisory in effect till 3 a.m. on Friday for westerly winds gusting to 30 knots, seas 5-8 feet.

OUTLOOK – Advisories likely Friday and Saturday with no advisories expected Sunday and Monday.
