Mild today with some morning showers possible! Mainly dry weather tomorrow through early next week with a cooling trend!

Skies are mostly cloudy to cloudy early on this Thursday morning and once again it is a quite mild for a mid-winter morning with temperatures ranging from the mid 40s in the Clifton area to the low 30s in some inland valleys, winds are light.

A cold front will cross the area this morning associated with some light showers and despite considerable cloudiness temperatures will rise into the 50s, winds will become gusty by this afternoon.

A dry pattern is setting up from Friday through at least early next week, temperatures will cool off but still be above normal on Friday, near normal over the weekend and slightly below normal on Monday before moderating again on Tuesday.

TODAY – Jan 26 – Mostly cloudy with a chance of morning showers becoming breezy, high in the low 50s.

TONIGHT – Mostly cloudy this evening then becoming partly cloudy, low in the low 30s.

FRIDAY – Jan 27 – Partly sunny and breezy, high in the mid 40s.

SATURDAY – Jan 28 – Partly sunny, high near 40.

SUNDAY – Jan 29 – Mostly sunny, high near 40.

MONDAY – Jan 30 – Mostly sunny, high in the mid 30s.

TUESDAY – Jan 31 – Mostly sunny, high near 40.

WEDNESDAY – Feb 1 – Partly sunny, high in the low 40s.

 

MARINE FORECAST:  Gale warning in effect from noon today till 1 a.m. on Friday morning for west winds gusting to 40 knots, seas 3-6 feet.

OUTLOOK – Small craft advisory conditions expected Friday and Saturday; no advisories expected Saturday night through Sunday night;  possible advisories Monday and Tuesday!
