Cloudy and cool today with a chance of light rain or drizzle! Milder Monday and Tuesday with periods of rain likely!


SUNDAY  MARCH 26, 2017  5:40 A.M.

Skies are cloudy early on this Sunday morning and there are some light showers mainly north and east of the Clifton area, temperatures are ranging from around 40 in the Clifton area to the mid 30s further inland, there is a light northeast wind.

Today will be a cloudy and cool day with a chance of light rain or drizzle mainly this afternoon and tonight, temperatures will be cool as the clouds and an onshore wind keep temperatures from rising from the 40s.

A warm front will move into the region on Monday causing periods of rain mainly in the morning, temperatures will be milder with highs approaching the 60 degree mark.

Another mild day on Tuesday but again there will be a chance of showers.

High pressure building over the area will cause rather nice early spring weather Wednesday and Thursday.

Another disturbance may give us some rain late Friday night into Saturday, temperatures will be near or slightly above normal.

TODAY – MAR 26 – Cloudy and cool with a chance of light rain, high in the mid 40s.

TONIGHT – Cloudy with light rain likely, low near 40.

MONDAY – MAR 27 – Cloudy with rain likely, not as cool with a high near 60.

TUESDAY – MAR 28 – Cloudy with a chance of rain, high in the mid 60s.

WEDNESDAY – MAR 29 – Partly sunny, high near 60.

THURSDAY – MAR 30 – Sunny, high in the mid 50s.

FRIDAY – MAR 31 – Partly sunny, high in the mid 50s, chance of rain at night.

SATURDAY – APR 1 – Mostly cloudy with a chance of rain, high in the upper 50s.

 

MARINE FORECAST:  Small craft advisory in effect till 8 a.m. Monday morning for easterly winds gusting to 30 knots, seas 4-7 feet.

OUTLOOK – Small craft conditions possible Monday through Wednesday with below advisory level conditions for Thursday.
