Rain mostly falling this morning! Weekend now looks to be dry with seasonable temperatures! Unsettled weather early next week!


FRIDAY  APRIL 21, 2017  5:53 A.M.

Our area has cloudy conditions early this Friday morning and some rain will be moving in from the west shortly, winds are mostly easterly around 5-10 mph, temperatures are near 50 in the Clifton area to the mid 40s further inland.

A low pressure system will be moving through the area today most of the rain with this system will fall this morning with drying condition this afternoon with a low chance of a scattered shower moving through, temperatures will be cool with an onshore flow.

It now looks that the weekend will remain dry with seasonable temperatures.

Unsettled weather Monday through Wednesday morning as a weak low pressure area will move slowly off the coast, temperatures will be seasonably cool through the period.

Much warmer air is likely at the end of next week into next weekend.

TODAY – APR 21  – Showers this morning with an isolated shower this afternoon, high near 60.

TONIGHT – Mostly cloudy, low in the upper 40s.

SATURDAY – APR 22 – Mostly sunny, high in the mid 60s.

SUNDAY – APR 23 – Mostly cloudy, high in the low 60s.

MONDAY – APR 24 – Cloudy with a chance of light rain, high in the low 60s.

TUESDAY – APR 25 – Cloudy with a chance of showers, high in the upper 50s.

WEDNESDAY – APR 26 – Mostly cloudy in the morning then becoming partly sunny, high in the low 70s.

THURSDAY – APR 27 – Partly sunny, high in the mid 70s.

 

MARINE FORECAST:  TODAY – East to southeast winds to 11 knots seas 2 feet.

OUTLOOK – No advisories expected Saturday and Sunday with small craft advisories possible Monday and Tuesday.
