Nice weather today for the start of the holiday weekend! Mainly dry but cool on Sunday! Showers likely on Memorial Day!

SATURDAY  MAY 27, 2017  5:53 A.M.

Skies are partly cloudy early on this Saturday morning and temperatures range from the upper 50s in the Clifton area to the low 50s further inland, winds are mainly calm.

Today we will have a mix of clouds and sunshine, temperatures will be seasonably mild.  A weak disturbance may cause cloudy conditions this afternoon with a chance of a shower down the Jersey shore but most of our area will remain dry.

An onshore flow and considerable cloudiness will give us cooler temperatures on Sunday; we should remain dry except for a low chance of drizzle in the morning.

A weak frontal system will likely give us showers and thunderstorms on Monday mainly in the morning.

At this time next week looks to have seasonably mild temperature with most of the week being dry but there is a low chance of showers Tuesday night.
