Milder today with light rain this afternoon into tonight! Rain heavy at times late tonight into Sunday afternoon! Dry and mild Monday through Wednesday!

Good morning everyone!    Skies are mostly cloudy early this morning and temperatures are milder than yesterday ranging from the low 40s here in Clifton to the upper 30s further inland, winds are light.

A frontal system is expected to give us some light rain this afternoon into tonight, temperatures will be milder with highs reaching the 50s.

A stronger front and low pressure system is expected to give us heavier rain from after midnight tonight into Sunday afternoon, temperatures will continue to be mild.  Rainfall amounts will average between 1 to 1.5 inches.

Very nice spring like weather Monday through Wednesday, skies will be mostly sunny each day and daytime highs will be in the 50s.

Another low pressure area will give us a good chance of rain once again Thursday into Friday.

 

THE FORECAST:

TODAY – FEB 24 – Becoming cloudy with rain likely by this afternoon, high in the mid 50s.

TONIGHT – Rain becoming heavy at times after midnight, low around 40.

SUNDAY – FEB 25 – Cloudy with rain ending in the afternoon, high in the upper 40s.

MONDAY – FEB 26 – Mostly sunny, high in the upper 50s.

TUESDAY – FEB 27 – Sunny, high in the mid 50s.

WEDNESDAY – FEB 28 – Mostly sunny, high in the upper 50s.

THURSDAY – MAR 1 – Mostly cloudy with a chance of rain, high near 50.

FRIDAY – MAR 2 – Mostly cloudy with a chance of rain, high in the upper 40s.

 

MARINE FORECAST:  TODAY – Westerly winds to 7 knots, seas 2 feet.

OUTLOOK – A small craft advisory has been posted effective from 4 a.m. Sunday morning until 7 a.m. Monday morning;  no advisories expected Monday through Wednesday.
